At TEEN Network, we serve high-risk and homeless youth ages 13–17 across Snohomish County. Our mission is to provide compassionate support, critical resources, and consistent guidance to help teens regain stability and move toward a brighter future. Below is a breakdown of the services we offer:

One-on-one support from trusted adults to help teens stay on track.

🧠 Mental Health & Wellness

Helping youth access tools for healing and emotional wellness.

  • Referrals for counseling and therapy

  • Equine and alternative therapy options

  • Mental health system navigation

  • Emotional check-ins and support


🤝 Crisis Response & Advocacy

Responding quickly when youth are in urgent need.

  • Emergency shelter and housing referrals

  • Safety planning and risk assessment

  • Support with DCYF and legal systems

  • Advocacy during school or family conflict


🎒 Basic Needs Support

Meeting immediate needs so teens can focus on their future.

  • Food, hygiene items, and clothing

  • School supplies and backpacks

  • Transportation (bus passes or gas cards)

  • Help accessing essential services


👶 Teen Parent Support

Resources and encouragement for young parents and their children.

  • Diapers, formula, and baby gear

  • Parenting and childcare referrals

  • Education and housing navigation

  • Ongoing case management
